Using Weam
By using Weam, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
What Weam provides
Weam provides directory and discovery information about third-party places. Listings may include names, categories, locations, hours, phone numbers, descriptions, and photos.
Listing accuracy
Listing information can become outdated or incomplete. You should verify important information directly with the place where needed.
Reviewed status
A "Reviewed" label means Weam has reviewed listing information available to us. It does not by itself certify a business, its ownership, its products, its religious compliance, or guarantee that every detail remains current. Unless a listing explicitly identifies a particular certification or source, inclusion on Weam should not be treated as a religious ruling, halal certification, ownership certification, or guarantee of religious compliance.
User contributions
When you submit place information, corrections, photos, descriptions, or other content, you confirm, to the best of your knowledge, that:
- the information is genuine and submitted in good faith
- you have the right to provide any photos or content you submit
- your content does not intentionally infringe another person's rights
- you will not knowingly submit false or misleading information
When you submit content, you give Weam a non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, resize or format where needed, display, and publish that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the directory. Weam does not claim ownership of content you submit.
Prohibited use
When using Weam, you must not intentionally:
- submit fraudulent or misleading information
- upload content you do not have permission to use
- harass or impersonate others
- interfere with or abuse the service
- use the service for unlawful purposes
- submit malicious code or automated abuse
Moderation
Weam may review, edit, decline, remove, or update contributed listing information when reasonably necessary to maintain the directory. We do not promise that every submission will be accepted or that submissions will be reviewed within a specific timeframe.
Third-party places
Places listed on Weam are independent third parties. Weam does not control their operations, availability, products, services, safety, pricing, or conduct. A directory listing is not an endorsement.
Maps and directions
Maps, location search, and directions may depend on third-party mapping or location services. Map positions and directions can contain errors, so use reasonable judgment.
Service availability
Weam may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops.
Disclaimer
Weam is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Weam does not guarantee that all listing information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Weam will not be responsible for indirect losses resulting solely from reliance on directory information or interactions with independent third-party places.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
